SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF REGNER CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of REGNER CONSTRUCTION for the restoration of Dauis-Panglao Road, km. 5+052 to km. 9+132 and km. 13+440 to km. 18+140, Panglao, Province of Bohol, the said construction firm as well as its owner is hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year, effective this date.
