AMENDING SECTION 1-1.1 OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 7-04-84, LIFETIME AMATEUR RADIO STATION LICENSE

Pursuant to the provisions of Act 3846, as amended and Executive Order No. 546, the NTC hereby amends Section 1-1.1 of Memo Circular No. 7-04-84, to read as follows:

"Applicant must be at least 60 years of age."

Other provisions of subject circular shall remain in force.

This circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation and the filing of three (3) certified copies hereof with the University of the Philippines Law Center.
