DECLARING THURSDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IROSIN, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, on 29 September 2022, Thursday, the Municipality of Irosin, Province of Sorsogon, will mark the celebration of the Paray Festival;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Irosin be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 29 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Irosin, Province of Sorsogon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
