SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF T.S. CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY

In view of the rescission of the contract of T.S. CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY for the rehabilitation of Capas-Amallapay Road I, Agoo, La Union, by the District Engineer, La Union Engineering District, and upon request of the Regional Director, DPWH Region I, the said T.S. Construction and Supply/Mr. Tommy So, Proprietor, is hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective this date.
