[ NTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-11-2004, November 11, 2004 ]

ENUM ADMINISTRATION AND REGISTRATION

Pursuant to RA 7925 otherwise known as the "Public Telecommunications Policy Act" and Executive Order No. 546 series of 1979, the National Telecommunications Commission (Commission) hereby Orders that the selection of the ENUM administrator and ENUM registrars shall be done only by the Commission after the guidelines for the selection have been formulated and issued.

No ENUM administrator and registrars shall be recognized in the Philippines until the selection process is devised and implemented.

This memorandum circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and three (3) certified true copies are furnished the UP Law Center.
