DECLARING MONDAY. 06 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUTALAC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 06 March 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Gutalac, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 44 th Araw ng Gutalac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gutalac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 06 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gutalac, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
