DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GATTARAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 25 November 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Gattaran, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of the Panagsalukag Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gattaran be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gattaran, Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
