DECLARING THURSDAY, 30 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS , on 30 April 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Quezon will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Francisco be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO , Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR. , do hereby declare Thursday, 30 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Quezon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
