REVISED FEES FOR SEMINAR ON LICENSING OF DRUG ESTABLISHMENTS

Pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 3720 (Foods, Drugs and Devices and Cosmetic Act) and DOH Administrative Order No. 56 s. 1989 dated 3 January 1989, a series of seminars on Licensing of Drug Establishments had been scheduled for C.Y. 2005.

Accordingly, revised fees have been implemented to accommodate the overhead expenses of the Bureau, to wit:

ESTABLISHMENT SEMINAR FEE

Distributors and Drug Outlets P600.00 (whole day)

The Circular takes effect immediately and until sooner revoked.
