RESERVING A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR NATIONAL PARK PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS “NORTHERN LUZON HEROES HILL NATIONAL PARK” SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SULVEC, MUNICIPALITIES OF SANTA AND NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 of Act No. 3915, as amended, and Section 2 of Republic Act No. 826, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for national park purposes to be known as “Northern Luzon Heroes Hill National Park” under the administration of the Parks and Wildlife Office, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Sulvec, Municipalities of Santa and Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
