AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONTROL OF VENEREAL DISEASES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be disbursed by the Secretary of Health and Public Welfare, for the control of venereal diseases in the Philippines.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
