DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMALINAO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 16 May 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Dumalinao, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 67 th Founding Anniversary;

W HEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dumalinao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dumalinao, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
