DECLARING MONDAY, 13 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on 12 January 2020;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Valencia to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 13 January 2020, be declared a special (non-working) day, in lieu of 12 January 2020, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valencia be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 13 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Valencia, Province of Bukidnon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
