GUIDELINES IN CASES OF UNAVAILABILITY OF THE IT SYSTEM / SYSTEM FAILURE

Memorandum Circular 768-2006 [*] dated 04 October 2006 provided guidelines to be observed in cases of occurrence of system failure due to force majeure. Similar guidelines shall be applied in cases of unavailability of the IT system or IT system failure.

Compliance herewith is hereby enjoined.
