ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 3-99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judges, in addition to their regular duties in their own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court.

1. Hon. ANTONIO A. ORCULLO - Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 26, Medina, Misamis Oriental as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17, Cagayan de Oro City;

2. Hon. ADMIRAL P. LABIS - Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 44, Initao, Misamis Oriental as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18, Cagayan de Oro City.
