DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 17 December 2021, Friday, the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna, will commemorate the completion of Dr. Jose P. Rizal’s first formal education; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Biñan be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
