DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 JANUARY 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

In view of the visit of Pope Francis in the Philippines on January 15 – 19, 2015, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 16 January 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
