AMENDMENT TO THE GUIDELINES ON THE COLLECTION OF PORT CHARGES AND CARGO HANDLING CHARGES UNDER THE CASH AND CARRY SYSTEM AND ITS VARIANTS

Section 4.1 of PPA Memorandum Circular No. 31-2003 is hereby amended as follows:

The Port User who wants to avail of the Cash & Carry with Revolving Deposit System and/or the Cash & Carry with Bank Guarantee System shall first settle in full all of its unpaid uncontested invoices. Treatment of unpaid contested invoices shall be in accordance with PPA Memorandum Circular No. 05-2004 on the Guidelines on Protested Accounts.

This amendment shall be effective fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
