DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS , Friday, September 17, 2004, marks the 52nd Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, September 17, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
