AN ACT CONVERTING THE FABRICA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAMTIK, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GENERAL LEANDRO FULLON NATIONAL SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled: SECTION 1. The Fabrica Barangay High School in the Municipality of Hamtik, Province of Antique, is hereby converted into a national school to be known as General Leandro Fullon National School.

SEC. 2. The Ministry of Education and Culture is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion, operation and immediate implementation of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school for fiscal year 1981 shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
