INDORSEMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF R.A. 7369

In line with the implementation of R.A. 7369 entitled "An Act Granting Tax and Duty Exemption and Tax Credit on Capital Equipment", all Collectors of Customs are hereby directed not to extend exemption on Capital Equipment pursuant thereto without the indorsement from the Department of Finance and that of the Tax Exempt Division, Bureau of Customs. For strict compliance.
