CLARIFICATION ON PILOT CHARGES FOR DOCKING AND UNDOCKING OF VESSELS

To prevent disruption in pilotage service and considering the pendency of the final and executory decision of the Supreme Court on the pilotage rates issue, it is hereby clarified that pilotage fees for docking and undocking of vessels shall be paid as two (2) separate services, but without pilotage overtime premium payments made for the undocking of vessels shall be considered as paid "under protest".

this order shall take effect immediately.
