DECLARING SATURDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVER, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 13 September 2025, Saturday, the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary (Adlaw Nan Claver);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Claver be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 13 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
