OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS OF DOLE

Pursuant to Section 6. a) (iii) and Section 26. a) of PD 857 and to further ensure the safety and health of the portworkers in the various ports under the jurisdiction of the Authority, the pertinent provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (as amended), promulgated by the Department of Labor and employment shall be adopted accordingly in all ports.

Applicable provisions of subject body of standards, rules and regulations shall be implemented in addition to the Dockwork Safety and Health Standards promulgated by PPA in 1983.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
