GUIDELINES IN THE NEGOTIATION OF INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS AND ITS RATIFICATION

1. Attached is Executive Order No. 459 * entitled, “Providing Guidelines in the Negotiation of International Agreements and Its Ratification” , which is aimed to guide all government agencies in the pursuant of international relations.

2. In accordance with the Executive Order, all government agencies are advised to coordinate with the Department of Foreign Affairs regarding the execution of international agreements.

3. Please be guided accordingly.
