CAO 3-96 ENTITLED: ESTABLISHED A UNIFORM RATE TO BE CHARGED BY LICENSED CUSTOMS BROKERS FOR THEIR SERVICES (BROKERAGE FEE) IN ALL PORTS OF ENTRY IN THE PHILIPPINES

In view of the publication of the above-mentioned Customs Administrative Order (CAO) in the Philippine Star and Malaya (national newspapers) on June 23, 1996, you are hereby informed that the effectivity date of CAO 3-96 is July 23, 1996.
