INCREASE IN THE ALLOWABLE LIMIT FROM 10% TO 25% OF EQS UNDER THE SUPERVISED TRANSFER SCHEME

The Board in its meeting of 03 August 1989 , approved and confirmed that firms be allowed up to 25% of their EQs under the Supervised Transfer Scheme.

Except for the above amendment and Item No. 3 which was earlier amended under Circular No. 010 dated 31 July 1989 , all other conditions stated under Circular No. 002 dated 26 January 1989 remain unchanged.

This circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
