DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2025, Monday, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of the Coffee Festival;

WHEREAS, it it but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 January 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
