GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MARINA CIRCULAR NO. 2009-05 – LEGALIZATION OF UNREGISTERED MOTORBANCAS OPERATING IN THE PHILIPPINE WATERS

The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), in line with its effort to fastrack the implementation of MARINA Circular No. 2009-05, hereby adopts the Table of Simplified Documentary Requirements on the Legalization of Unregistered Motorbancas , attached herein as Annex A * .

Likewise, the pro-poor vessel fees, stated under MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 172 and 2005 – 01, shall be applied for first instance/initial applications under MARINA Circular No. 2009-05.
