POLICY TO BAR AND DISQUALIFY FORMER SRRV HOLDERS FROM RE-ENROLLING UNDER THE RETIREMENT PROGRAM

“RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that based on the recommendation of the Division Chief III of Servicing Division, the application of Mr. Francisco Moreno is hereby disapproved based on the reasons submitted to the Board by the Resident Retiree Servicing Center. Mr. Moreno shall be advised to avail of other visas under the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940.

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that a policy be adopted to bar and disqualify former SRRV holders from re- enroling under the Retirement Program for violation of PRA’s existing rules and regulations.”
