[ PROCLAMATION NO. 68, November 12, 2010 ]

DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2010, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS , the Province of Sarangani, will celebrate its 18th Foundation Day anniversary and the 8th Munah’to Festival on November 25 to 27, 2010;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Saragani be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, November 25, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
