DEPUTIZING THE NFA ADMINISTRATOR TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF THE PRICE ACT

In the interest of the service, the Administrator of the National Food Authority and his duly authorized representatives are hereby deputized to enforce the provisions of Price Act (RA 7581) and the Consumer Act (RA 7394), however, with reference to rice only and the same shall be consistent with the mandates of the NFA under PD No. 4

This Department Order shall take effect immediately.
