DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Santa Rosa was politically emancipated as a municipality on 18 January 1792;

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 18 January 2018 , the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna marks its 226 Founding Anniversary as a municipality; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C, MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Thursday, 18 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
