PHASE-OUT OF 2-DOOR (MINICA) PU CARS IN ILIGAN CITY BY JANUARY 01, 1997

In order to upgrade the quality of PU car service in Iligan City and its suburbs, the Board decides, as it is hereby decided, that 2-door (Minica) PU cars be taken off the road and phased-out beginning January 01, 1997.

In accordance with Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992, three (3) copies of this Memorandum Circular shall be filed with the U.P. Law Center on or before fifteen (15) days prior to its effectivity.
