DECLARING MONDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 18 December 2023, Monday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 24 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Monday, 18 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
