SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING J-JAY BUILDERS INC.

In view of the rescission by the Regional Director on August 28, 1990 of the contract of J-Jay Builders Inc. for the restoration of Nabua-Balatan Road, km. 487 + 000 Km. 490 + 000, Camarines Sur II, because of unreasonable delay and lack of interest to prosecute the project, the said J-Jay Builders Inc. and its officers and/or stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year from date of rescission.

In addition all concerned, are ordered not to release any sum of money to J-Jay Builders Inc. pending settlement of its financial obligations in connection with its rescinded contract without prior clearance from this Office.
