DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CEBU

WHEREAS , the oath-taking of the President will take place in the City of Cebu on June 30, 2004; and

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that he people of the City of Cebu be given full opportunity to participate in this momentous and historic occasion.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, June 30, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cebu.
