RELATIVE VALUE SCALE CODES FOR PROCESSING OF DIRECTLY OBSERVED TREATMENT SHORT-COURSE PACKAGE CLAIM

This circular is issued to facilitate proper assignment of codes in the processing of Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) package claims in all PhilHealth accredited DOTS center.

The Relative Value Scale codes to be assigned in all DOTS claims shall be as follows:

This Circular shall be effective for all TB-DOTS claim reimbursements that will complete treatment (intensive or maintenance phase) on or after May 1, 2009. All other issuances not inconsistent with this circular shall remain in full force and effect.
