AMENDMENT BY ADDITION TO SECTION 67.0 — REGISTRATION FEES

Please be informed that the Philracom Board in its meeting held on April 20, 2001, resolved to amend by addition Section 67 of the Horse Racing Rules and Regulations, to wit:

SECTION 67. REGISTRATION FEES — The following are the rates of fees to be paid by licensees and registrants of the PHILRACOM as well as other fees imposed or otherwise to be imposed by it:
