ADDENDUM TO MC NO. 21 -2005 (TARIFF INCREASE FOR DOMESTIC CARGO HANDLING CHARGES)

Pursuant to CPA Board Resolution No. 207-2006 adopted by the 4th Cebu Port Commission dated 10 February 2006, the rates for steel products and heavy lift cargoes as indicated in the table below is hereby approved as an addendum to CPA Memorandum Circular No. 21-2005 (Tariff increase for Domestic Cargo Handling Charges), viz:

SECTION 1. Tariff Rate for Steel Products and Heavy Lift Cargoes.

SECTION 2. Heavy-Lift Cargoes - The classification of heavy- lift cargoes is also hereby raised from over five (5) tons to over fifteen (15) tons.

SECTION 3. Repealing Clause - All previous issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SECTION 4. Effectivity - This circular shall take effect immediately after two (2) publications in a newspaper of general circulation.
