AMENDING ANNEX A OF DAO 28 SERIES OF 1994 INTERIM GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPORTATION OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS CONTAINING HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
Annex A of DAO 29 Series of 1994 is hereto amended to include the following category:
Category Specific Item Limiting Conditions
Used oil Spent oil such as waste oil or oil residues No importation of tanker sludge shall be allowed; Spent oil shall have no traces of polychorinated biphenyls (PCBs)
