AN ACT TO AMEND CONMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED SIXTY-SEVEN ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS", AS AMENDED BY COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. The following items under section one, paragraph ( d ), subsection A of Commonwealth Act Numbered Sixty-seven, as amended, are further amended so as to read as follows:

"BATANGAS

"26. For an additional room for the San Jose Central School ....................................... P2,000.00

"TAYABAS

"13. For the Maka barrio school, Lucban.. 1,500.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
