DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija marks the 47 th anniversary of its Foundation Day on December 3-5, 2012;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Palayan the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor has requested that 5 December 2012 be declared as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 5 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
