DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE
WHEREAS , Monday, August 30, 2004, marks the 35th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Mandaue;
WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA , Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Monday, August 30, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
