AMENDMENT TO DECS ORDER NO. 54, S. 1993 (THE DECS SYSTEM OF RANKING POSITIONS AND EMPLOYEES)

1. To further improve career opportunities in the DECS, paragraph A of Item III of Inclosure 1B to DECS Order No. 54, s. 1993 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“This consists of the performance of duties/functions relevant to the next bigger position over a period expressed in years with every year given a point but not to exceed five points equivalent to 5 years.”

2. This Order takes effect immediately.
