DECLARING SATURDAY, 04 JULY 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JULIAN, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 04 July 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of San Julian, Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Julian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 04 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Julian, Province of Eastern Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
