DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS , Friday, June 20, 2003 marks the 56th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, June 20, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
