AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

SECTION 1. Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirty-nine, entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale, gift or other disposal of any intoxicating liquor, other than the so-called native wines and liquors, to any member of a non-Christian tribe within the meaning of Act Numbered Thirteen and ninety-seven, and to prohibit the use of such liquor by any member of such tribe." is repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.

Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1939.
