TEMPORARY SUSPENDING SECTIONS I AND II OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 9-4-94A

In view of the non-implementation of Memorandum Circular No. 9-4-94A* regarding the required proof of amateur activity and the orientation seminar for class “C & D” applicants for examination, the effectivity of Sections I and II of said Circular is hereby suspended in order to assess the reason for its non-implementation and provide remedial measures.

As such, the Amateur Radio Consultative Panel shall continue to exercise their function in accordance with the circular.
