AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 652, DATED MARCH 7, 1960, ENTITLED “DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM THE FIRST MONDAY TO THE SUCCEEDING SUNDAY OF MAY OF EVERY YEAR AS NATIONAL TRAFFIC SAFETY WEEK AND THE MONDAY FOLLOWING AS SAFE DRIVING DAY (S-D DAY) AND CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR CELEBRATION “
Paragraph 6 of Proclamation No. 652, dated March 7, 1960, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“ A committee is hereby created to take charge of the celebration of National Traffic Safety Week and Safe Driving Day to be composed of the following:
“ The Undersecretary for Communications and Transportation
Chairman
The Chief, Traffic Control Group, Philippine Constabulary
Vice-Chairman
The Commissioner, Public Service Commission.

The Commissioner, Bureau of Public Highways

The Administrator, Motor Vehicles Office

The President, Safety Organization of the Philippines

The President, Philippine Motor Association

The President, Philippine Safety Council

The President, Manila Rotary Club

The President, Manila Lions Club

The President, Manila Jaycees

The President, Bus Operators Association of the Philippines

The President, Philippine Automotive Association

The Administrator, Petroleum Institute of the Philippines
